90 minute appointment - a full look into your health, habits, lifestyle, and genetics to establish an individualized health plan that suits you

Annual membership allows you to receive care throughout the year when you need it most and have priority access to Dr. Hailey when questions come up.
One annual wellness visit (90 minutes)
Twelve 45 minute visits to be used throughout the year as needed
