This might surprise you but I don’t actually recommend supplements very often — especially not more than 1-3 at a time for very specific reasons. The thing with supplements is… they are supplemental to the foundations of health. We can’t rely on them to carry all the weight of our healing. They work best when we add them “in addition to” not used as a magic bullet or bandaid. 

I put this page together to help you navigate the supplement world and hopefully answer some questions you have about how and when to choose certain supplements. I’ve also compiled the supplements I use in clinical practice with my patients most often that I’ve seen work time and time again.
