Here is what working with Dr. Hailey can look like for you:

Our time together will start with a 90 minute session of me getting to know you completely. I will ask questions about your health throughout your life and what it looks like currently, how your job, relationships, and stressors may be affecting your health. Our first meeting is an in-depth session to lay the foundation for deep healing and profound change. We will cover every aspect of lifestyle, environmental, familial health to come up with a unique plan specific for you!

In our second session together we will start to learn and discuss all of the ways in which your lifestyle, habits, and choices may be keeping your symptoms present and understand how the human body truly works and heals. This session will empower you to get to know your body and understand how to finally start feeling better.
*This session usually happens 1 week after your initial session

Our final session in this series is all about integration. We will check in to see where you’ve made progress, what still needs to be worked through, and create a plan for you moving forward to continue growing, learning, and thriving.

Most people usually prefer to check back in with me every 3 to 6 months to evaluate and reformulate their plan based on what’s going on in their life, what’s working and not working.
This session is an add-on option at a discounted rate once you complete your first 3 sessions.
Pricing: The 3-session Intro Package above is $900 in total. $300 due at booking, $600 to be paid by final session.

No — Dr. Hailey works with people all over the world so our sessions will be held virtually on Zoom.

No, Dr. Hailey does not participate with any in-network insurance plans. The insurance model has been designed in a way that forces doctors to have really brief visits with their patients, typically around 15 or so minutes. And usually that’s not a lot of time to really feel heard by the doctor or to share your needs and voice your concerns with them. However with naturopathic care, you’re allotted much more time with the doctor, for example, that first initial intake you’ll spend 90 minutes with Dr. Hailey. This allows her to provide you with thorough attention and care, to truly get you where you want to go.

The ultimate goal of naturopathic care is to support the body’s innate capacity to heal by treating the whole person with an individualized plan and teaching the patient how to prevent further illness using tools such as foundational nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy and lifestyle recommendations. This approach is guided by the Therapeutic Order, which delineates the natural sequence and prioritization of care, ensuring treatments that offer maximum benefits while minimizing potential side effects.
