Will I lose weight in 6 weeks?

Your results depend on your starting point, your root causes, and how consistently you engage with the material and practice what we’re learning. What I can promise is that you will understand your body in a way you never have and that understanding is what creates change that actually lasts. Most participants notice meaningful shifts in energy, sleep, and body composition within the first 2 weeks.

Is this only for women going through menopause?

No. Inner Fire is designed for any one experiencing weight loss resistance — in your 30s, 40s, 50s, or beyond. The curriculum covers root causes across every life stage. Midlife and perimenopause content is woven throughout because those women are often the most underserved but the metabolic framework applies to every one whose body isn't responding the way it should.

Do I need to get labs done?

Labs are optional but highly recommended. The program includes a full education module on how to get your labs drawn, what to ask your doctor, how to navigate insurance versus cash pay, and how to interpret your results even if your provider tells you everything looks "normal." My labs are normal. Does that mean this isn't for me?

The opposite. "Normal labs" is exactly the patient Inner Fire was built for. The reference ranges used in standard lab panels are designed to identify disease… not optimize health. A fasting insulin that's "normal" at 18 µIU/mL is still associated with significant insulin resistance. A free T3 in the low-normal range can still meaningfully suppress your metabolic rate. This program teaches you what optimal looks like — not just what's normal.

I don't have time for another program. How much time will this take per week?

The live calls are 60–75 minutes per week, and all sessions are recorded. You need approximately 90–120 minutes total per week to get the full value. That's one Netflix evening.
