Do I need to be a current patient of Dr. Hailey's?

No. IGNITE is open to any woman who wants to build a stronger metabolic foundation. You do not need prior experience with naturopathic medicine. This program DOES NOT establish a Doctor-Patient relationship. It is for educational purposes only.

How much time does this take each day? The daily modules take approximately 10–15 minutes to read/watch. The habit implementation (steps, resistance training on M/W/F, sleep, meal timing) is built into your day — not added on top of it. Live calls are 60 minutes in Week 1 and Week 3.

Do I need equipment for the resistance training?

The workout videos are beginner-friendly and require minimal equipment. Resistance bands and bodyweight options are included. Full equipment options are also provided.

What if I miss a day?

Life happens and you can still get tremendous value from IGNITE regardless. However, the Win It Back criteria requires all weekly tasks to be timestamped within their weekly timeframe. Tasks completed outside their week won't count toward completion. If you miss a day within a given week, you have the remainder of that week to complete it and still qualify. We recommend treating each day as a commitment — that's the whole point.
